Piperazine Against Cancer

As a result of personal experience I suspect that piperazine has a specific  nonprolifirative property On the basis of piperazine Novartis created Glivec (imatinib), Indian company produces generic CIPLA.
  Piperazine itself has not been checked due to the fact that it is very cheap (a remedy for worms) and pharmaceutical companies will not be able to profit from this drug.
I'm sure taking piperazine could cure cancer

24/05/2011 Good news, people who took it for  waight loss (200mg per day) start getting positive results.

The patent on Gleevec will end in 2015 meaning it will be released under a different name and it will be cheaper.

 Piperasine could be effective as it is, without any alteration.

The mechanism of action is not immunomodulation but blocking  the cell prolifiration, and acts only on cancer cells, and also causes them to differentiate. Piperazine is effective activator of GABA receptors. Mode of action is different for steem cells and normal. 

 I was diagnosed in March 2008 (London) Breast cancer stage 2 with 9 out of 13 lymph nodes, oestrogen and progesterone positive, HER2 negative.

Treatment: operation, chemotherapy, radio, and then tamoxifen .

Stomach pain since October 2007 (very strong), doctors at UCL suspected that this was irritable bowel syndrom. Piperazine I began to take in the summer of 2008. Since that time, recurrent pain in the stomach I treated with piperazine phosphate

In November 2010 in Cyprus, found malignant cells in the stomach and colon BUT metastatic tumours were not detected .Since then 3 CT normal.

 Oncologists in the UK told me that it is stage 4 without metastatic disease and  most likely I had it at the time of diagnosis  in 2008.

 Piperazine I took occasionally by the scheme - 2grams 2 times with interval 10-14 days for 2-3 months. The true properties of piperazine I guessed this week when found out about Gleevec.

05/07/2011    After 12 day break I start taking piperazine 1.5-2 gr per day +  Mg citrat (this will prevent Ca entering cell and induce cell proliferation  + any macrolide antibiotic (for me better work clarithromycin), because they make binding GABA at GABA receptors stronger.
 I was taking  piperazine+ Mg +clarithromycin.

 One of possible ways to take piperazine – 2 grams for 5-7 days followed by 7-10 day break, cycle could be repeated during 2-3 months.

You don`t have to take macrolide antibiotic with all cycles of piperasine, 1or 2 will be enough.

In case you don`t have any improvements during month change for GABA-A receptor  blockers. Furosemide has been reported to reversibly antagonize GABA-evoked currents of α₆β₂γ₂ receptors .

 Milbemycin_oxime - macrolide antibiotic currently used as antihelmintic, ?, It could be much stronger that erytromycin, but which one to take is for you to decide  depending on your situation.

The most basic zwitterion of piperazine and most effective is piperazine itself or in the form of its salts  ( I took piperazine phosphate from Pripsen at the cost of £ 3.00 for 2 gr )
